1. Removing the green screen was easy in this example because photoshop removed most of it for me and the way that Kaley is positioned picked almost no green wash over the edges of her body.
2. I removed the green screen by doing Select, Color Range, and clicking a bunch of times until there was a solid shadow.  After moving Kaley into position, there were a few green pixels that I just had to paint over because altering the colors and hue didn't fix the problem as well.
